A preparation method, using MgO as hydrolyte to isolate collagen protein, the most composition in the leather solid waste, has been developed. A systematic analysis of the hydrolysate has been performed by AFM, SDS-PAGE and amino acid composition analyzer. 首次用AMF、SDS凝胶电泳、氨基酸分析仪等方法,对采用MgO从皮革固体废弃物中提出的胶原蛋白水解产物进行了分析。
The amino acid composition of Broussonetia leaves protein was analysised using automatic amino acid analyzer. The result showed: the complete hydrolyzate of Broussonetia leaves protein contained 18 amino acids. 采用氨基酸自动分析仪对构树叶蛋白的氨基酸成分进行了分析,结果显示:构树叶蛋白完全水解液中含有18种氨基酸。
